Colorado Skiing

In the land of Colorado powder, we are located just a short drive to some of the best skiing in Colorado. Between Durango Mountain (Purgatory for you old timers) to the mighty Telluride ski resorts there is plenty of downhill action. For the Cross Country Skiers there is the resort Nordic centers. But for those that do not want to deal with the crowds there is a wonderful peacful quite cross cuntry ski area call Chicken Creek. It is located just a few minutes north of Mancos.

Dog Sledding

For those that like snowmobiles, sleds, tubing,snow shoeing, or just a snowball fight come to Mancos, Colorado and you will have a blast.
